1. Non-Refundable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, once used, car mats, bin liners, and bucket liners are non-refundable. We encourage our customers to ensure they are selecting the correct products before completing their purchase.
2. Size Exchange:
In the event that an incorrect size is ordered, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the correct fit. To initiate this process, customers must provide photographic proof of the incorrect size within one week of receipt. Please note that the mats must be in their original condition and unused to qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchange Process:
Upon receiving the necessary proof, we will guide you through the steps to swap your item for the correct size.

Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging (including the box) and in the same condition as sold—unused, undamaged, and complete. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
Warranty All Planetron LED Lights come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
